Milam County Health Department Flu Clinics - The Milam County Health Department will host several 2025 Flu Clinics for individuals age 3 and older. No appointments are necessary. The cost is $30, but for those 65 and older with Medicare Part B, flu shots will be provided at no cost (please bring your Medicare card). By Elena Berkes National Friends of the Library Week is October 19-25; the Cameron Public Library would like to extend a big thank you to our Friends Group officers, Kurt Berkes (President), Tammy Zarosky (Vice President), Jelsea Brank (Treasurer) and Linda Burgess (Secretary), your time, effort and wonderful ideas help make our library and Friends group such a success. We are especially thankful to all our friends’ members who volunteer countless hours to bring services like our seed library and summer reading program to our community. Our library would not be the same without your efforts. If you are not already a member of our Friends of the Library, we ask that you please consider joining. Your membership fees and donations help with further programming throughout the year. If you have a love for books and libraries, please consider becoming a member.
