The Callaway Foundation Celebrates 20 Years

Since 2005, the Callaway Foundation has awarded millions of dollars in scholarships to over a thousand C.H. Yoe High School graduates—opening doors to careers in medicine, engineering, business, and skilled trades. Now, as the Foundation marks its 20th anniversary, it continues to fulfill the vision of its founders: helping local students pursue higher education and build brighter futures.

Keeping up with the Thorndale Exes

Thorndale Ex-Students Association Is it hot enough for you?? Do take care as this is dangerous heat. The Scholarship program was Tuesday, May 20 and we gave out 6 $500 scholarships and 1 $1,000 scholarship. I’ll list them in the near future. Seniors, we sure need your mailing addresses. You can message me, e-mail me or phone me. FYI: Homecoming is October 4 at the Fireman’s Hall. If we don’t have your mailing address you won’t get an invitation. That doesn’t mean you can’t come, but it gives you all the information you need. You also won’t get class reunion notices and you sure don’t want to miss those get togethers. We also need a little extra help at Homecoming this year. A couple of our regular helpers won’t be around that day, so if you have time and would like to help out, please contact me. We will surely thank you.
