All Ex-Students Homecoming invitations are in the mail. At least all that we have addresses for. There were only 5 of us, but we were through with stamping 2,273 invitations before 7:45. I can’t thank the following exes enough for their help.
The Thorndale Town and Country Club members have been busy with numerous community service activities this year. One of their early projects this year was making and donating fleece blankets for the children of Milam County through Child Protective Services at the Cameron office.
The second special session of the Texas Legislature ended last Thursday with a new congressional map, flood relief and safety measures but a stalemate on whether to ban or regulate THC. The Dallas Morning News reported that lawmakers approved most of the legislative priorities Gov. Greg Abbott listed for the special session.
