Yoemen bounce back with win over Academy

The Cameron Yoemen bounced back from their defeat last week to take the buzz out of the Academy Bumblebees 37-19 on Yoe Field Friday night.

The Lady Yoe Cross Country team claimed a runner-up finish at Caldwell on Saturday.
Freshman Yierra Flemings won for the fourth meet in a row.
Yoe Team Tennis competed with Smithville on Oct. 3 to earn second place in district play.

Boys Doubles
The Lady Yoe volleyball team took two hard losses over the week to Rogers and Rockdale.
Cameron lost in four sets to Rogers on Tuesday night by scores of 25-13, 21-25, 25-17, and 25-17.
The Yoemen left the Bell in Rockdale on Friday night, Oct. 2, following the 66th edition of The Battle of the Bell. Rockdale won the game 42-9.
