Yoemen headed for regional quarterfinals

The Cameron Yoemen baseball team is moving on to the regional quarterfinals after a series sweep of the Troy Trojans in the area round.
Cameron came out as the victor on Wednesday, winning 2-1 in a tight pitchers duel. The Yoemen sealed the series on Friday with an 8-2 victory to complete the sweep.
Cameron will take on the Lorena Leopards in the regional quarterfinals.
Game 1 will be Thursday at 7 p.m., game 2 will be Saturday at 4 p.m., and if needed, game 3 will be played 30 minutes later after game 2. All games will be played at Lake Belton High School.
