Yoemen fall to Groesbeck in game 1

The Yoe baseball team suffered a tough loss in the playoffs last night.

Cameron opened the Bi-District round of the UIL State Baseball playoffs against second seed Groesbeck yesterday and lost a tough one by a score of 4-2.

Anthony Layne pitched well but took the tough loss on the mound.

Jason Llanas gets the start for game two on Saturday.

The boys play a doubleheader Saturday at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. at Waco ISD field #1.
