Yoe track teams first at 44 Farms Relays

The Lady Yoe  and Yoemen track teams both took first place at the 44 Farms Relays in Cameron last week.

For the girls, Brandi Drake and Yierra Flemings had outstanding days with several first place wins

In the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash Brandi Drake was first place and Brittanie Drake was second place.

Flemings took first place in the 400-meter dash. Ja’Kerra Holt came in third place and Seally Smith came in fourth place.

Logan Pevehouse was first place in the 1600-meter run and the 3200-meter run. Daisy Osorio Silva came in third place in the 3200-meter run.

Flemings came in first in the 100-meter hurdles with Sydnie Smith in third and Kyli Leftwich in fourth place. Leftwich was also second place in the 300-meter hurdles.

The team of Brittani Drake, Brandi Drake, Lauren Harris and Flemings took first place in the 4x100 relay.

The team of Holt, Camryn Ward, Seally Smith and Harris came in second in the 4x200 relay.

The team of Ward, Harris, Holt and Pevehouse took second place in the 4x400.

In the long jump Flemings was first place, Brandi Drake was second place and Brittani Drake was third place.

Flemings was also first place in the triple jump with Brittani Drake coming in fifth.

Aaliyah Fields was first place in the shot put and third in the discus. Kalie Collier was fourth place in the discus.

Holt was first place in high jump with Ainsley Driska coming in third.

In the pole vault Lauren Harris came in second place.

 

Yoemen

For the Yoemen Tracer Lopez came in second place in the 100-meter dash, Kadarius Bradley was in fourth and Pharrell Hemphill came in fifth.

Phabian Bynaum was first in the 200-meter dash with Iverson Brazil in fifth and Brent Wright in seventh.

Aramando Reyes was second in the 400-meter dash with Javoun Goldsby in fourth and Tyler Tyson in seventh.

Brady Havens was second in the 1600-meter run with Brock Wright in third place. Havens and Wright were also first and second in the 3200-meter run.

Wright was first in the 110-meter hurdles.

Lopez was first and Brazil second in the 300-meter hurdles.

The team of Kevaughn Booze, Kadarius Bradley, Bynaum and Hemphill were second place in the 4x100 relay. They were also second in the 4x200 relay.

The team of Goldsby, Wright, Booze and Lopez took first place in the 4x400 relay.

In the long jump Wright was first place, Brazil second place, and Booze in third place.

Eduardo Gil was third place in the shot put.

Izayah Gallman was third in the discus with Jackson Devontre in third.

Wright came in first in the triple jump with Hemphill in second and Goldsby in fourth.

In the high jump Hemphill was first, Reyes was second, and Booze was third. Tyler Martin came in second in the pole vault.
