Lady Yoe soccer players named to All-District list

Several Lady Yoe Soccer players were recognized for their play in District 26-4A.

Sophomore Brandi Drake and Junior Jule Preiser made the First Team All-District Team. Seniors Tiffany Bolivar and Maddi Kenney were named Second Team All-District.

Named Academic All-District (90 or above average for the fourth six weeks) were Senior Tiffany Bolivar, Senior Maddi Kenney, Sophomore Savannah Nejtek, Senior Noemy Polanco-Ramirez, and Freshman Analiese Salazar.

The following seniors were also awarded Academic All-State honors from TASCO (Texas Association of Soccer Coaches): Tiffany Bolivar, Maddi Kenney, Courtney Muniz, and Noemy Polanco-Ramirez

Coach Laura Dickson was also named Co-Coach of the Year along with Jason Schram from Georgetown Gateway.

“We didn’t get to finish district play, but we ended the season in a good position to claim fourth place and make it to playoffs,” Coach Dickson said. “I am proud of all of the Lady Yoe athletes and how they competed this year!”
