Lady Yoe Begin Season

The Lady Yoe volleyball team kicked off the 2022 season with a scrimmage against Moody, Gateway and Thorndale on Friday. The ladies split a pair of games at home on Tuesday night. Cameron outlasted Lago Vista in five sets. The Ladies coasted through the first two sets with 25-16 and 25-20 wins, dropped the next pair 25-19 and 25-16, and secured the victory with a 15-10 win. Cameron then turned around to take on Thrall, but dropped the game in four sets. Thrall would take the opener 25-17 with Cameron grabbing the second set with a 25-21 win. Thrall came back to win the next two and take the match 25-15 and 25-23. Next up for the Lady Yoe will be hosting their own tourney beginning Thursday.
