Yoe High track star Yierra Flemings had a great day at the State Track Meet in Austin on Thursday, May 11. Flemings finished tied for sixth in state with 34 points. She took home Gold in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter dash, Silver in the long jump, and Bronze in the triple jump. Not only did she break her own school record that she set in 2021, but she broke the state record that was set over 40 years ago in the 400-meter dash.
