Brashear headed to Regional Tennis Tournament

The Yoe High Tennis Team participated in the District Tournament this past week in Franklin with several earning placings.

For the Varsity Braden Brashear placed second and qualified for Regionals in boy’s singles. The girl’s doubles team of Katelyn Salicos and Ny’eli Yglecias placed third. 

Brashear will advance to the Regional Tournament April 17-18 at A&M Consolidated in College Station.

For the Junior Varsity Nolan Brashear placed first in boy’s singles, Sydney Vaculin placed second in girl’s singles, Brittany Hatter and Nomey Ramirez placed second in girl’s doubles, Mariana Penaloza and Courtney Ortiz placed fourth in girl’s doubles, and Brayden Holloman and Calvin Steward placed fourth in boy’s doubles.

The Junior Varsity Girls team came in first Place in the team division.
