Country Meadows Clinic to change to Impact Family Wellness

A change in ownership of Country Meadows Clinic to Impact Family Wellness has been announced, effective March 1. 

The transition marks a significant shift as the clinic adopts a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, moving away from traditional insurance-based healthcare services.  This shift is to ensure we continue to provider locally owned, hometown healthcare that is affordable and personalized.

Under the stewardship of Impact Family Wellness, the clinic aims to provide enhanced and personalized healthcare services to the community through the DPC approach. Direct Primary Care focuses on establishing a direct relationship between patients and healthcare providers, eliminating the complexities associated with insurance billing and enhancing the overall patient experience.
