_{Paul Joseph Lara Jr., 44, of Temple and formerly of Cameron died Friday, Dec. 10, 2021, in a Temple hospital.}  

_{Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, 2021, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hernandez Cemetery. Visitation and prayer service will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.}

_{Mr. Lara, a self-employed entrepreneur, was born Oct. 4, 1977, in Cameron to Paul and Mary Ann (Jaramillo) Lara. He married Rocio Rodriguez.}  

_{He was preceded in death by his parents and by sisters, Mary Jaramillo and Princilla Lara.}  

_{He is survived by his wife, Rocio Rodriguez of Temple; sons, Marcos Lara of Temple, and Jacob Lara of Temple; daughter, Adriana Lara of Temple; grandmother, Lupe Jaramillo of Cameron; brother, Raymond Lara of Cameron; and one grandchild.}
