Linda Lynn Peeler

Linda Lynn Peeler, 47, of Buckholts died Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020, at her home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral home in Cameron with Richard Crowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Corinth Cemetery near Buckholts. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Linda was born on March 29, 1973, in Bryan, to Edwin Lyn and Jo Ann (Lewallen) Peeler.  She was baptized by Pastor Allison Joyce on Oct. 4, 1981. She attended Buckholts ISD and graduated from Church of the Lord Christian School.  She graduated from the International Aviation Travel Academy as a travel agent in 1992.    She had worked for Scott & White for 21 years and then Kimmy Jackson & Associates from March 2018 until the present.  She was a member of Christian Community Church where she taught the children’s class. Linda loved to dance and always enjoyed her family.

Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Lori Jean Peeler; and her grandparents, Nealon and Angie Peeler and V.G. (Buck) & Ione Lewallen.

She is survived by: her parents, Ed and Jo Ann Peeler of Buckholts; sister, Lisa Marshall and husband Henry of Rogers; brother, Larry Peeler and wife Sharlayne of Hurst; seven nieces and nephews; and various loving aunts and uncles.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
