Leland Ray Taylor 

Leland Ray Taylor, 48, of Harker Heights and formerly of Cameron, died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021, at his home.  

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Ricky McCall officiating. Interment will be at a later date. Visitation will be Saturday, Aug. 14, from 4-6 p.m.

Mr. Taylor was born April 22, 1973, in Cameron to Leland Wesley Taylor and Mary Charles (Shafer) Taylor.  He had worked in retail management.  

He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Taylor, on March 29, 2017.  

He is survived by: his sister, Mary Posival and husband Mark of Killeen; nephews and nieces, Ben and Jennifer Taylor of Leander, Kirby and Cristen Taylor of Cedar Park, Tabitha and Galdino Banda of Cameron, Matthias Posival and Victoria Martin of Belleville, Ill.; and special friends, Mandy Rossiter and Andreana Davis, both of Harker Heights.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
