Lazaro Felipe Vargas Zaleta

Lazaro Felipe Vargas Zaleta, 45, of Ben Arnold, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, in Franklin. 

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron. Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019, from 6-8 p.m. with a rosary recited at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Vargas Zaleta, a heavy equipment operator and Agricultural Engineer, was born Aug. 24, 1974, in Mexico to Lazaro Vargas Valera and Josefa Zaleta Martinez.  He married Maria del Consuelo Fuentes.

He is survived by: wife, Maria del Consuelo Fuentes of Ben Arnold; step-son, Juan Fuentes of Ben Arnold; and step-daughters, Valerie Ramirez of Cameron, Jennifer Ramirez of Ben Arnold, and Jocelyn Fuentes of Ben Arnold.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
