Juanita Idell Mitchell 

Juanita Idell Mitchell, 83, of Cameron, died Friday, April 29, 2022, in a Cameron nursing and rehab facility.  

Memorial services will be at 1 pm. Saturday, May 7, at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron.  Interment will be at a later time.

Mrs. Mitchell was born Oct. 10, 1938, in Houston to Claude and Agnes (Kocian) Wardlow.  She worked for Royal Seating for many years.  

She was preceded in death by her children, Edith Pagach and Lynn Allen Mitchell Jr.  Three siblings also preceded her in death, Claude Wardlow, Marvin Wardlow and Ethel Peters.  

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Burks and husband Garry and Michael Mitchell and wife Debbie; siblings, Joe Wardlow and Marie Tubb; 25 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
