Billie Webb, 88 of Rogers, died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2021, at her home.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021, at the Ben Arnold Cemetery in Ben Arnold.
Mrs. Holloway, a homemaker, was born June 21, 1932, in Jones County, Miss., to Houston Webster and I.V. Windham Cooley. She married Billy Lee Cooley and he preceded her in death on Feb.15.
She is survived by: sons, Jack Holloway of Temple and Jimmy Holloway of Alvarado; daughter, Judy Rice of Rogers; sisters, Joan Thompson of Laurel, Miss., and Sheryl Craven of Laurel, Miss.; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home of Cameron is in charge of arrangements.
