Beverly Ann Zarosky Angell

Beverly Ann Zarosky Angell passed away this past Friday, July 2, while watching her grandson play baseball in Cameron.

She had an undying passion for good food, travel, and local festivals. Beverly volunteered at a variety of local organizations, typically acting in leadership roles, which include the Cameron Tourism Advisory Board, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, St. Monica’s Catholic Church, Cameron Public Library, Rice Cemetery, and Walker’s Creek Cemetery. She also spent many years supporting the Milam Community Theater held at the Williams Civic Center. From 1983 until the business was sold, Beverly was a business partner with her husband in operations at Angell Air Conditioning; in 2008, Beverly opened the Mercantile Bistro in downtown Cameron to fulfill one of her life-long dreams of becoming a chef in her hometown.

Suddenly passing just four days shy of her 67th birthday, Beverly is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, David Wayne Angell; her two brothers, Dennis and Arthur Zarosky; her two sons, Bradley and Kelly Angell; and three grandchildren, Riley Angell-St Clair, Warren Angell, and Charlie Angell.
