Bernard Donald  “Whistle” White 

Mr. Bernard Donald “Whistle” White, 91, of Cameron, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021, at a Hearne nursing facility. There are no services planned at this time. It was Mr. White’s wishes to be cremated and his ashes scattered at his favorite places.

Mr. White was born Nov. 16, 1929, in Cameron, to Alma and Mattie Lou (Thrasher) White. He worked as an electrician at Alcoa. He served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a Methodist.

Mr. White is survived by his wife, Billie Jo White of Jones Prairie; and one daughter, Beverly Wenzel of Cameron. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Jennifer Mueck and Shannon Bell, both of Cameron, and Layne Williams of Houston. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Donny White, and one great-grandson, Blake Harless.
