Work to begin on FM 845 Monday

Beginning Monday, Nov. 28, the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) contractor will detour traffic on FM 845 between US 190 and CR 218 in Cameron, Texas. The road will be closed to through traffic as drainage culverts are being replaced along FM 845. Construction is expected to take approximately one month.
These improvements are part of a $4 million roadway rehabilitation project awarded to Brazos Paving, Inc., and anticipated to be complete this Spring.
TxDOT and their contractor appreciate everyone’s patience during construction.
