Suspected drug dealer sought

Milam County authorities are looking for a suspected drug dealer.

Arrest warrants have now been issued for Jamal D. Williams in connection to a search warrant executed by the Milam County Sheriff’s Office earlier this week.

Williams is wanted for the first degree felonies of Manufacture/Delivery of More Than 4,000 Grams of Methamphetamines and More Than 10 Grams of Fentanyl.

If convicted of these first degree felony offenses, he could face a maximum sentence of Life, or 99 years.

Williams is described as an African American male standing 5-foot-10-inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

On Thursday morning, the Milam County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 800 block of San Gabriel in Rockdale and recovered roughly 12.5 pounds of illegal narcotics, including about nine pounds of what is believed to be methamphetamines.

While no one was home at the time the warrant was executed, Milam County deputies are now seeking Williams in connection to the drugs found at the home.

It is urged that you not try to approach the subject, but instead contact the authorities or call 9-1-1. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Milam County Sheriff’s Office at (254) 697-7033 or Milam County Crime Stoppers at (888) 697-8477.
