Old Glory is now new at Legacy Nursing and Rehab in Cameron. A new flag flies thanks to the Cameron American Legion. The facility’s old tattered flag was removed and will be destoyed on Flag Day. The American Legion donated and raised a new flag during Legacy’s Memorial Day picnic with grilled burgers, chips, sodas and homemade ice cream. Legacy Veterans George Kunchick and Thomas Sheguit were also pinned and given certificates which were given by Gentiva Hospice. Thomas Sheguit was presented with a certificate for being a member of Cameron American Legion for 30 years.
