First Finance and Furniture has been in business for over 30 years in downtown Cameron. Maresh family bought the store in October 2019 and Nathan has expanded the inventory to include Ashley Furniture, Sealy Mattresses and recently adding an appliance line of Whirlpool and General Electric to name a few. They also own stores in Brenham, Temple, and Cleburne.  Betty Cannady has been the store manager since 2006, and Andrea Lara joined the company in 2009 and is now Assistant Manager.
