COVID UDPATE: Two vaccine clinics set for this week

Milam County will run two COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week:
Thursday, Feb. 25, at the former Cameron hospital from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be for second round shots for those originally vaccinated on Jan. 28, 2021.
Friday, Feb. 26, at the former Little River Hospital in Rockdale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This will be a 400 dose first round clinic and the largest clinic we have run thus far.
Testing is down, but will continue. Today the county tested 15 individuals in Rockdale with six positive results. The county will test in Milano on Wednesday and Cameron on Friday.
