County offices closed until Friday

Milam County offices will continue to be closed through Thursday, February 18, 2021. We will re-open on Friday, February 19, 2021. However, if there is someone in your group without power or water or any other reason that inhibits them from coming in, please advise them to stay home.
The good news is that the rolling blackouts will end today around 8:00 p.m. and tomorrow, it will start to warm up. However, we will have to deal with a lot of downed trees and power lines. Further, a lot of people have been out of power for extended periods and water pipes are frozen.
