Roguetrippen : Hittin’ Top Gear

A couple years back, one of our customers encouraged me to watch Clarkson’s Farm. It’s a show about a rich, famous Brit named Jeremy Clarkson, who purchases a farm in England and sets about, well, learning to farm. It’s quite endearing to us country folks, because in his own self-deprecating, outspoken, and fabulously humorous style, he highlights the difficulties of the agricultural vocation, particularly in the UK where bureaucracy is apparently worse than here in the States. It brought back memories of Clarkson’s original claim to fame, the long-running television show Top Gear, and The Grand Tour, which combined ran for more than two decades.
