Lula Belle Graves Billingsley

Lula Belle Graves Billingsley, 93, of Cameron, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2022, in a Temple hospital three days after her 93rd birthday. 

Graveside funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, at Walkers Creek Cemetery Pavilion. Family visitation and viewing was held at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron.

Mrs. Billingsley, a homemaker, was born Sept. 4, 1929, in Eagle Lake to Herman and Willie “Vinson” Graves. She married Randolph J. Billingsley on July 26, 1948. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Katherine, Norma, Herma; and brothers, Herman, William and Gilbert. 

Survivors include her daughters, Linda Taylor and Glenda Billingsley of Cameron, and Theresa Moore of Buckholts; sons, Randy Billingsley and Paul Billingsley of Cameron; 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
