Porter sentenced

Last week in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th District Court of Milam County, Charles Ray Porter, 31, of Rockdale was sentenced to 20 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after pleading guilty to a First-Degree Felony, Burglary of Habitation Intend Sex Offense.  

Porter was also sentenced to 20 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice after pleading guilty in another case of First-Degree Felony, Aggravated Sexual Assault.

First Assistant District Attorney Brian Price prosecuted the State’s cases.
