COVID case count up to 82

Milam County Judge Steve Young announces this morning that there were two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Friday.  
This brings the county's total to 82 confirmed cases; 26 active cases; 74 being monitored and two in the hospital as one person was released yesterday.
