The man charged with killing one Minnesota lawmaker and wounding another meticulously planned the shootings and intended to inflict more carnage against those on his hit list, driving to the homes of two other legislators on the night of the attacks, a federal prosecutor said Monday.
Eleven people are dead and multiple people are missing after heavy rain flooded parts of San Antonio. Rescue crews were searching Friday for missing people following Thursday’s downpour. The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office says three of the dead ranged from 28 to 55 years of age. The fire department is continuing to make rescues as the waters from over 7 inches of rainfall begin to recede.
